Reserve your vendor space at Poke-A-Con 2025 – Kingston, the Hudson Valley’s premier Pokémon and trading card convention!

📍 Location: Best Western Plus Kingston Hotel – Kingston, NY

⏰ Set-Up: Sunday morning, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Options Available:

• Single Vendor Space – 6 ft x 3 ft, $60 each (+$1.50 service fee)

• Half Section (5 Spaces) – 18 ft x 10 ft, $270 (+$6.75 service fee)

• Full Section (10 Spaces) – 18 ft x 20 ft, $540 (+$13.50 service fee)

Important Information:

• Tables are not provided. Vendors must bring their own.

• 10% bulk discount automatically applied when purchasing 3 or more spaces.

• Food and drink vendors are not permitted.

• Anime posters and wall art are allowed.

• Resale of vendor spaces is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

• Any vendor using additional spaces not included in their original order will be charged $150 per space at the show.

• Vendors must not exceed their designated area.

You will receive an email within 10 days confirming your assigned section. Vendor packets, credentials, and badges will be distributed during Sunday morning set-up.
